PromptLatte AI processes the minimum data needed to run the Chrome extension, provide account-based limits, and keep the service reliable.

• Selected AI service names and URLs, image attachment status, and image count.
• A randomly generated anonymous extension installation ID.
• If you sign in, your PromptLatte account user ID, email address, profile image URL, subscription status, and usage count.
• Browser and runtime information such as browser language, timezone, platform, user agent, and extension version.
• Approximate region information from hosting headers, such as country, city, or region, when available.

2. Information Stored Locally

Some extension data stays in your browser using Chrome storage so the extension can remember your preferences and recent work.

• Question history, saved draft question, selected AI services, popup settings, theme, language, section open states, and textarea size.
• Current image attachments and image metadata while you are preparing a prompt.
• You can remove local extension data by clearing the extension's Chrome storage, removing the extension, or using browser storage controls.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information only to provide and improve PromptLatte AI's single purpose: helping you send one prompt to multiple AI services and compare the results.

• Remember extension preferences and recent question history in your browser.
• Check login status, subscription status, and free or paid usage limits.
• Operate the dashboard, payment, and account features.
• Diagnose service dispatch failures, monitor service availability, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• Provide support when you contact us about your account or extension behavior.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data only as needed to provide the extension, account, payment, hosting, database, and operational alerting services.

• Authentication and account providers process sign-in session data, user ID, email, and profile information.
• Payment providers process checkout, subscription, payment, refund, and billing records when you upgrade.
• Hosting, database, logging, and operational notification providers process server logs, service dispatch metadata, account status, usage counts, and diagnostics needed to run the service.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or service misuse.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, diagnose reliability issues, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse.

• Local extension data remains in your browser until you clear it, reset browser storage, or remove the extension.
• Account, subscription, usage, payment, and operational records may be retained while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for billing, security, tax, legal, support, or audit purposes.
• You can request account or server-side data deletion by contacting us at the email address below, subject to legal, security, billing, and abuse-prevention retention requirements.

6. Security

We use technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect user data.

• Data sent between the extension and PromptLatte servers is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Authentication tokens are used only to verify your PromptLatte session and account status.
• We limit access to user data to service operation, support, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance needs.
• We do not use user data for personalized advertising and do not sell it to data brokers or advertising platforms.

7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use extension data only to provide or improve PromptLatte AI's user-facing functionality.
• We do not transfer, sell, or use extension user data for personalized advertising, credit-worthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes.
• Human access to user data is limited to support, security, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations.
