Basic Usage

Start asking

Click the extension icon and enter your question

Click Extension Icon

Click the PromptLatte AI icon in the Chrome toolbar

Type your question in the text box

Select AI Services

Choose AI services using checkboxes (Select All/Clear All available)

Send

Click the 'Send to All AIs' button

Send additional questions to previously opened AI tabs.

You must have sent questions before in existing windows

Click the 'Continue Asking' button (+ icon)

Existing tabs will automatically activate and questions will be entered

New AI selections will create additional windows

History Storage

Question history is auto-saved without a fixed limit and stored in local storage only.

Troubleshooting

Extension won't install

Try again from the Chrome Web Store or check if your Chrome version is up to date. Try restarting Chrome and installing again.

Solution

Check your network connection and verify that the AI service websites open normally. Try disabling and re-enabling the extension.

Log out and back in from the Dashboard, or restart the extension. Clearing your browser cache might also help.

Frequently Asked Questions

First, check if you're signed in to the AI services you want to use. You need to sign in to each AI site (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) individually for the extension to work properly.
